Jesus said, “Whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” What a joy and privilege we have to reach out to God’s precious children when they are in need, and know that we are touching His own heart at the same time. Global Hope is an organization with a mission to bring a vision of hope (to all people) through hands-on Christian love.
Today, our ministry includes a children’s home and on-going support for an additional 10 children in our foster families in Arad, Romania. Children are brought out of the state orphanage system and raised in our homes. These families provide a lifetime home for children who have experienced the pain of abandonment. Our childcare workers and house parents are all members of the Christian community in Romania. We currently have 20 children in our care.
We also provide monthly, financial support for an orphanage in Nairobi, Kenya, which is home to 25 children, all of whom have lost families and loved ones to HIV or AIDS. These children are among the most vulnerable in the world, and often fall victim to poverty, violence, and prejudice.
