Cecilia
Cecilia is an only child who’s parents died of HIV/AIDS. She joined the HOREC house in 2006. Cecilia is an outgoing and social girl with a beautiful smile. Cecilia grew up near the ocean and is a good swimmer. She also likes to sing and have fun.
