My name is Adorian (Adi) Gabriel Stanca and I’m 19 years old. I live in Arad, Romania with my sister, Andrada, and my wonderful parents, whom I’m very thankful for.
Ever since I was a small child I have liked to sing, and the older I get the more I enjoy it. I try to serve the Lord with this gift in my church, in the school choir, and on the mission trips that we make to smaller, country churches. I also play the guitar and trumpet, and I’m always ready to take on a new challenge by learning a new instrument.
Since 1999 I’ve had the occasion to know my brothers and sisters from the House of Hope, where my mom has worked since its opening day. That’s how I became an older brother to a small group of children who I have loved and still love very much.
My family has “adopted” three children from the House of Hope: Flavius, Ionuti and Hoini. It makes me happy to know that I have three more siblings who need me!
This year I graduated from the Baptist high school in Arad and I am now a student at the Emmanuel Baptist University in Oradea. I am going to study management. In the future, I would love to be a missionary.
