My name is Andrada Rebeca Stanca and I’m 15 years old. I was born November 8, 1993 in Arad, Romania. Since I was five years old I can say that I’ve grown up with the children from the House of Hope, since my mother has been helping to raise these children since then.
When I was little I used to play with cars and climb trees—mostly thanks to my big brother. Maybe if I’d had a sister I would have played with dolls! Since 1st grade I’ve attended a Christian grade school and I now attend a Christian high school. For this I am very grateful to God. In the future I’d like to become a pharmacist.
I enjoy nature a lot. During the summer I like to blaze trails when we go into the mountains, and in the winter I like to ski. Recently I’ve just been reading a lot.
In April 2009 my family grew in size by three. My parents decided to become foster parents to three children from the House of Hope; Ionuti, Flavius and Hoini. We ride our bikes together a lot, but mostly we like to play ping-pong!
