Upcoming Trips
Each of you has been blessed with one of God’s many wonderful gifts to be used in the service of others. So use your gift well. (1 Peter 4:10) If you’ve never participated on a mission team, we urge you to consider it. If you’ve served before, we’d love to have you join us again!
Mission trips to Romania and Kenya have proven to be powerful, enriching, and transformational experiences for those answering God’s call to serve.
SUMMER MISSION TEAM, ROMANIA (Mid-August 2011) – This team, led by Jacci Knight, will participate in a training and equipping conference for local childcare workers and foster families. There is also an opportunity to work directly with the children at the Global Hope houses, as well as participating in other hands-on projects such as painting and gardening.
SUMMER MISSION TEAM, KENYA (June 8-22, 2011) – This team will serve at the Hope for Orphans Rescue Centre (HOREC) just outside of Nairobi. Activities will include home improvement projects and an opportunity to minister to these remarkable youngsters.
