Giving Children Hope For The Future

Global Hope’s mission is to provide Christ-centered care for orphaned and vulnerable children through Global partnerships. We work in Romania, Kenya, and India in a variety of settings through different partners. Some children are cared for in small, family-like group homes, some live in foster families, others live within the community, but receive education and/or food through a partner. All partners are committed to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and providing spiritual guidance. Success is when we witness children thriving in mind, body, and spirit.

From Seeds to Blossoms: A Story of Hope Growing Beyond the Banquet

This spring, at the Global Hope Banquet, every guest left with a small packet of seeds — a simple reminder that hope often begins in small, unseen places. We shared them as a symbol of the way God nurtures growth in the lives of children across Romania, Kenya, and India.

Recently, a Global Hope Board Memeber, Ben Flaim, sent us a story that captured the heart behind those seeds:

“Many of us brought home the packet of seeds from our last event. I dutifully planted, watered, and watched. They sprouted and grew tall and taller and taller. Very green, yet no flowers. So I faithfully continued nurturing the plants. Continued to grow taller. Then one morning I noticed these small buds the length of each plant. Then blooms and flowers finally came!!

This reminds me of what Global Hope does with our children throughout our communities. Nurture, love, and watch them bloom into what God created each one to be. Beautiful in His eyes.”

Ben’s flowers now stand as a living picture of what your generosity makes possible. Growth takes time. It takes patience. It takes faithful care. And because of you, children who once struggled are now learning, healing, and discovering the beauty God has placed within them.

Thank you for planting seeds of hope — and for staying long enough to see them bloom.

Global Hope’s Story

We began with a desire to show Christ’s love to hurting and suffering children. Today, Global Hope is making an impact in three countries—providing Christ-centered care to orphaned and vulnerable children in a variety of settings through different partners.

Become a Child’s Sponsor
